Concept Promotions, Inc. will design, create and maintain the e-commerce catalog site. The web site will be designed to compliment the look and feel of Bisso Marine’s site. Concept Promotions, Inc and Bisso Marine will mutually agree upon the site. The site will be in operation 99% of the time, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Maintenance, upgrades and equipment failure are excluded from this data. On-line users transactions will be secure and private.

DATABASE

CPI will issue reports per request and provide monthly statements containing important information gathered by your site and all transactions.

MERCHANDISE AND GEAR

Concept Promotions, Inc. will place Bisso Marine’s merchandise on the general merchandise web site where it is only visible by Bisso Marine members/employees. This will be accomplished by using their specific login password. The general public will not see this section when they access the site.

CATALOGS

Concept Promotions, Inc. may produce and distribute a four-color catalog to your employees of Bisso Marine. The catalog will be designed and produced by Concept Promotions, Inc. (by our in-house graphic design department at no charge) and approved by Corporate Purchasing / Marketing Department of Bisso Marine. Costs associated with printed catalogs and flyers are open for discussion pending the number needed, projects, exclusivity and projected volume. Some of our clients pay very little for these services based on there volume.
